Reflection
In observation we have learnt many things that we can improve ourselves for example; classroom management, critique, and suggestion from observation.
First, Compare with CLT (lesson plan) Teaching approaches that didn't same CLT: Students didn't movement. Students didn't have interaction; teacher to student, student to teacher, student to student. On another hand, teaching approaches that same CLT: Teacher used several materials.
Second, we critique       teacher from observation. Teacher didn't have a good control in the classroom. She must prepare lesson plan.
Finally, we can suggest teacher, our self, and classroom action research.
Teacher should use more native language. She should ask the advance question by “How” “Why”. She should use game for motivate students. She should   bring authentic material to teach in classroom. For our self, we bring defects that we found from observation to improve ourselves.   We should find good classroom management. Moreover, we should select material that suitable with students. We should have presence of mind all time. In addition, we must control attention of students. We should emphasize native language in classroom.
In conclusion, from this observation we have learnt classroom management. We found real situation that happen in the class. We learnt step to control the students. We will apply knowledge, and then we will improve the student to good at English.
